Inanimate transformations have never appealed to me because they just sound creepy no matter how you romanticize them, like there's nothing heart-warming or nice about losing the ability to talk or move or having your organs replaced wih stuffing as you turn into a giant plushie. Yes I really wanted to do a Buzz Lightyear tf at one point because Buzz is my favorite Pixar character but at least Buzz is a living toy, all the toy story toys are alive when humans aren't around and I could easily just do it based on the Buzz Lightyear tv show (or might do it when Lightyear comes out), and I did do an Ash Williams transformation involving an action figure of Ash but not into the figure, just into a figure sized version of the character. I did a Jay Leno to car tf once, but that was just actually part of a dream Jay has in the story, and I based the whole hell segment in the dream on that one Bill Hicks bit about Jay (I based Satan on that bit on Bill Hicks) and also made Jay a car that resembled his voice role from Cars (i.e Jay Limo). I did a beanie baby character transformation at one point, but it wasn't into an actual beanie, it was into a beanie baby universe character based on the ty beanies 2.0 site. I do FNAF stuff occassionally, but my animatronics are anthro living versions of them and not actual animatronics.
